What is it? Kangeiko is borrowed from a Judo tradition. It means “Cold” (Kan) “Training” (Keiko). It is a way for martial artists to commit themselves to focused training for the upcoming year.  This year the theme of the Kangeiko is “Keiko” which literally means “to consider the old.? We hope you will join us for the 2nd Annual Kangeiko in 2022
What do I get when I register?  When you register for this event you will gain access to a Facebook group where you will find challenging daily workouts (in video and printable formats), reading material from past Karate pioneers, and tips for karate training. Each day will consist of approximately 1.5 – 2 hours of activities. Upon completion, each participant will receive a Certificate of Completion from Okinawa and, we hope, a whole lot of motivation to fuel your training for the upcoming year.
